What is the greenSME Hub?
The greenSME Hub is a project funded by the European Horizon Europe program that facilitates access to advanced and sustainable technologies for SMEs. The project focuses on promoting energy efficiency, the use of renewable energies, and the integration of smart solutions to minimize the environmental impact of production activities.
Zerynth’s Role
Zerynth’s participation in this project is crucial. Thanks to our expertise in Industrial IoT and AI, we offer solutions that allow companies to effectively monitor and manage energy consumption and optimize production processes. Our technologies not only support SMEs in reducing their environmental impact but also in improving their efficiency and competitiveness in the market.
For a Greener Future
The adoption of technologies proposed by Zerynth through the greenSME Hub brings numerous benefits. Businesses are able to reduce operating costs, improve regulatory compliance in terms of sustainability, and enhance their corporate image towards consumers, who are increasingly sensitive to environmental issues.
Zerynth’s involvement in the greenSME project is just the beginning. We will continue to work to provide cutting-edge solutions that assist SMEs in their ecological transformation. Our goal is to lead the manufacturing sector towards a greener and more sustainable future, in line with global sustainability goals.
A Real Case: MTS – Meccanica Tonel Sergio Srl
MTS Srl is a company with extensive experience in the metalworking industry and today is one of the main references in the sector. With a wide range of industrial solutions offered for mechanical processing and carpentry, MTS covers the entire production cycle of companies.
The company turned to Zerynth to acquire production data, view the status of the production line, and display the OEE of the line and its components.
Zerynth enabled monitoring of MTS’s machinery, through the PLC and sensors connected to the machines, to provide details on energy consumption and production.
The MECPIM project, funded by the EU under the Horizon Europe plan in collaboration with greenSME, aims to strengthen the capacities of SMEs towards the adoption of digital technologies, respecting the environment and social sustainability, and has been a great support in the realization of the project.
