Business need
Develop, prototype and produce the control and interaction logic of a system composed of 12 synchronized rotating platforms with the following features:
- remotely controllable with a dedicated mobile app;
- working 24/7;
- scalable and extendable across time;
- easily installable and maintainable.
Solution
For every rotating platform, a 32bit Microcontroller board controls a stepper motor and gets the status of the rotating platform from microswitches and other sensors. All the data are handled by a “master” board that set the parameters for the control algorithm.
If needed an operator can control remotely the entire system via mobile, thanks to the Zerynth App.
