When discussing “operations” within your solutions, what does that entail exactly? How does monitoring individual operations impact a company’s ability to optimize its production processes?
Production machinery can perform various operations, use different tools, and function in diverse environmental conditions and configurations. To enhance efficiency and performance, it’s essential to analyze productivity levels and identify areas for improvement. In our approach, each phase of this process is defined as an “Operation.”
With Zerynth’s advanced operation monitoring tools, production managers can compare machinery performance based on specific KPIs related to productivity, energy consumption, environmental impact, and quality.
The analysis is targeted at each individual operation performed, allowing for comparisons of the same operations across different machines through synthetic KPIs. With advanced process data analysis tools, it’s possible to gain insights that go beyond individual machines, offering detailed recommendations on the productivity and sustainability of specific operational methods or operations on each machine.
For instance, potential issues can be identified immediately, and opportunities for improvement in machinery utilization for specific operations can be recognized without sacrificing performance.
Machinery can be compared to target specific goals, such as operational speed, maximizing quality, minimizing energy consumption, or optimizing production.
In line with the EU CSRD directive, Zerynth enables evaluations of operational modes for industrial machinery and analysis of monitored production processes. This includes regular energy cost assessments and environmental impact in terms of CO2 emissions, for both individual machines and specific production processes.
