We’ve launched Zero, the new Co-pilot from Zerynth that, thanks to Generative Artificial Intelligence, assists manufacturing companies.

In an increasingly uncertain world and a highly competitive market, it’s essential for companies to keep pace with digitization and new technologies.

Zero will be a fundamental presence in all parts of the Zerynth platform, from apps for machinery monitoring and production streamlining, to the no-code configurator for connecting new industrial assets. Read the article to learn more about Zero!

Data First

According to McKinsey’s report dated January 12, 2024, companies with high digital and AI maturity outperform competitors, maximizing profits and achieving an EBIT increase of up to 10-20%.

New technologies and Generative Artificial Intelligence are indeed faithful allies for managing large amounts of data extracted from interconnected machinery. In fact, due to the massive amount of data extracted from machinery, a crucial challenge arises: the quantity and complexity of data generated by interconnected machines have surpassed the capabilities of human operators for analysis and interpretation.

Zero Helps You Tackle Challenges

Zerynth understands the challenge posed by the quantity and complexity of data to be analyzed; that’s why Zero has been launched, a faithful ally in data interpretation and management.

Zero is a Co-pilot that will support users on the Zerynth website, in the Machine Monitoring and Production Insights Apps of the Platform, and in the no-code Configurator.

The Co-pilot has been developed using Microsoft Azure OpenAI technology in collaboration with the University of Pisa and is, in fact, a product of AI that goes beyond Generative Artificial Intelligence.

Indeed, Zero is based on the new RAG paradigm that combines the capabilities of LLMs with the ability to retrieve information from external sources; this way, RAG delivers richer, more accurate, and relevant texts.

Zero is an advanced AI agent that internalizes Zerynth’s experiences and aspires to have a reliability that today cannot be taken for granted in the world of Generative AI.

The Co-pilot will also be featured in Beta version in the Machine Monitoring App during the MECSPE fair in Bologna from March 6th to 8th, 2024, as an assistant for energy consumption management and maintenance. Here’s a little spoiler:

Later, it will be integrated into the Production Insights App and the No-Code Configurator where it will assist users in the platform in analyzing advanced production KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and configuring and installing Zerynth Edge Devices.
