The Challenges
Iamatek, a Zerynth Partner with expertise in the design, production and marketing of high-tech electronic systems and devices, turned to Zerynth with the goal of overcoming challenges related to the integration and automation of machinery of its clients in the construction sector.
The final solution had to seamlessly integrate into the Iamatek system, presenting itself as a comprehensive solution capable of meeting the digitalization needs of production processes, data extraction, and integration necessary to obtain the 4.0 tax benefits prescribed by italian legislation.
The Solution
The solution proposed by Zerynth involved Iamatek using the Zerynth Platform Core, a product composed of the Edge Layer Kit and a configuration tailored to the type of machinery and integration ports, with data sent via APIs to the Iamatek system
Using the Zerynth solution, Iamatek collected and transmitted data and information to the Cloud system being able, in this way, to monitor the operations and states of their devices remotely.
In addition, Iamatek used the API system to interface with the Zerynth Platform, enabling the control and sending of signals by bidirectional interaction with production machinery, thus achieving the 4.0 tax benefits.
Iamatek has implemented a Cloud-based solution for data storage, leveraging patented Zerynth Technology to ensure accuracy and security in data transmission.
The Results
The Iamatek case study demonstrates how Zerynth provided a flexible and adaptable solution to address the challenges of digitalization in production machinery and integration with third-party systems. Thanks to Zerynth, Iamatek was able to record and transmit information extracted from the machinery, enabling real-time and remote monitoring of operations.
