Work-Life Balance at Zerynth

Today’s work-life balance is increasingly being challenged and people often ask themselves “work to live or live to work?”In this context, the ideal job combines passion and interpersonal skills, because engaging in  work that is personally fulfilling is essential for a healthy environment, but also ensures that workers end their day with a sense of accomplishment.

Zerynth recognizes in its employees passions and skills that are then applied in everyday working life. Zerynth is made up of people with different backgrounds and knowledge, who come together with one goal: to grow together, because any contribution within Zerynth is important and fundamental, and is recognized by our employees.

In addition to this, it is also essential to allow employees to have a stable work-life balance by offering the possibility to work remotely several days a week and by offering company welfare, such as partnerships with kindergartens or flexible benefits plans.

Zerynth not only cares about its employees, it also cares about its values, which are pursued and respected every day within our offices. We have also recently carried out a rebranding process of our image.But only our outer shell, our image, has changed. A journey through our offices

This past year has been a period full of novelties for Zerynth, including the  rebranding initiative and new offices, showcasing our commitment to constant growth. Let’s take a look at what’s new in our workspace and how each department is organized within the company!

The ground floor: R&D Team, Delivery and Product

The offices on the ground floor are completely dedicated to the R&D, Delivery and Product Teams. They support companies in enhancing effectiveness and efficiency, focusing on the tangible translation of customer needs into significant improvements.

The fifth floor: Team Leadership, Sales, Finance & Operations and Marketing

The offices on the fifth floor serve as welcoming spaces for customers and visitors, housing the Sales, Finance & Operations, and Marketing teams. Our teams are constantly engaged in understanding the needs of potential customers, forging connections and transforming those needs into innovative products.

Relaxation is also important to us: the Zerynth Garden

While one of our values is Customer Focus, at Zerynth we also focus on our employees. That is why we have set up a relaxation area where they can have a snack, unwind after a call, conduct team meetings, or work in a different and creative environment.

It’s lunchtime: welcome to the Zerynth Kitchen!

In our offices on the fifth floor we have a dining room where we can gather, share meals, discuss ideas and get to know each other better. Of course all of this is interconnected with our 4ZeroBoxes!

It’s time to have fun: our Team Building

Work ennobles man, but it is also good to relax and have fun! That’s why we often organize Team Building activities.

On July 7, in celebration of summer, Zerynth took its employees to Canyon Park in Bagni di Lucca.

Amongst trees, zip-lines and stand-up paddleboarding, it was a time to be together and strengthen our Team bond.

On September 1, the R&D team organized a fantastic evening with a concert by Black Out, a band made up of some of Zerynth’s employees.

Shall we then talk about the barbeque organized on October 15? The Finance & Operations Team organized an open-air lunch, where regional specialities were prepared and shared among everyone.
